Where We Ship

We ship across the United States. All orders ship from our US warehouse.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, it arrives in 2 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay. Watch for free shipping offers on the store.

Order Tracking

Check your email for your tracking link. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@chicmuse.com.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we try to fix it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not get your package, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email us and we help you sort it out.
