Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After 7 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
To return an item, it must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, and pet hair
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@chicmuse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply with the return address and next steps within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
You pay for return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we cover the return shipping. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we fix it fast.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we send your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get your new piece.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final.
